I've been working on improving my colour studies and digital painting. There's a lot I need to keep practicing, but I'm pleased with the sense of distance in this study.

Last week was the last life drawing session before the summer. Susan modelled and held lovely poses with lots going on.

I struggled with this one. Choosing the colour and getting the texture right was difficult, and I don't feel I've completely succeeded in either area. This was a study of a canvas bag. I guess I need to paint more cloth!
