Had a really lovely life drawing session on Tuesday, with Topaz modelling. I felt I hadn't warmed up enough, but I relaxed over the course of the evening and in the end managed to do some nice drawings.

Life Drawing, 1st March 2016
I felt I got back into the swing of things last night. I worked hard to stay loose, mainly by holding the conte pastel / pencil flat rather than the way I'd typically hold a pencil.

I made it along to the class on Tuesday and did a little better this time, though I'm still struggling with the confidence in some lines. More practice needed!
