My workshops introduce older children, teens, and adults to the fundamentals of animation using traditional pencil and paper techniques.

Single Workshop

Single workshops last between two-and-a-half and three hours. Themes explored above include expressions, and morphing between characters. Character design tuition can be included in the workshop.

Multiple Workshops

Building on the knowledge gained in the initial workshop, attendees develop and storyboard their own ideas. Each create their own hand-drawn animation, limited only by their imagination!

This can be run across multiple weeks with a regular short session, or as longer sessions over one day.
